Instructions for Healthy Energy Bars
- In a food processor (ideally 600 watts), blend all the ingredients for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Place ingredients in an oven tray, press with palm of hand or flat spatula to shape of tray.
- Put tray in a freezer for 10 minutes.
- Cut into rectangular/square bar shape and serve.
Tips: Add toppings before removing from the tray if required, such as, a layer of jam, seeds, dessicated coconut etc..
Conserve in Fridge and consume within 5-7 days.
