Everyone faces obstacles. But it is up to us to decide how we approach the obstacle. Problems don’t happen to you, they happen for you. When I say this I don’t know if it’s really true. But I am making a conscious choice to perceive challenges as something beneficial to be able to deal with them in the most productive way. It’s not about lying to yourself or avoiding problems but about * rethinking those obstacles * in a constructive and reality-based way. It’s called cognitive revaluation.

The path to success in every way goes through inevitable failures and lessons, but it’s up to you what you learn from each one and how you let it affect you.

The best drink in the world?  * Green Tea * Camellia Sinensis

Seeing tea regularly has a variety of benefits. These are due to polyphenols (called catechins) and other extracts from the leaves, to water, which is then consumed.

It has been shown to * benefit almost every organ in the body *. It has effects: _cardioprotective, neuroprotective, anti-obesity, anti-carcinogenic, antidiabetic, antiaterogenic, hepatoprotective and circulatory benefits_. These beneficial effects are seen in doses present in both green tea (as a drink) and supplements.
Tea does not “* relax *”, as it has caffeine. However, it has 3 times less caffeine than coffee. Making tea before bed is not advisable.

It is best to drink tea during exercise and workouts. It is considered the * optimal Intra-workout drink * for its effects on the vascular, muscular (* most repetitions *), respiratory (* theophylline *), attention and fat burning (* Caffeine *).

It’s the real “sports drink” not the Gatorade or the aquarium loaded with sugars, sweeteners and additives.
