200ml cup vegetable or oat milk
200ml water
20g of a favourite nut (between Almonds/Hazelnuts/Nuts/Peanut)
4 pieces of stoned dates or 1 banana
40g – 45g of this Hemp Macau blend
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with ice if necessary.
To maintain
200ml cup vegetable or oat milk
200ml water
10gr of a favourite nut (between Almonds/Hazelnuts/Nuts/Peanut)
4 pieces of pitted dates or 1 banana
35g of this Hemp Macau blend Place all ingredients in a blender.
-Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately with ice if necessary.
For weight loss
100ml cup rice or almond milk
300ml water
Natural stevia leaf powder
40g of this Hemp Macau blend Place all ingredients in a blender.
-Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately with ice if necessary.
WHISK ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds:
200ml cup of vegetable or oat milk
10g – 20g of a favourite nut (between Almonds/Hazelnuts/Nuts/Peanut)
4-8 pieces of pitted dates or 1-2 bananas
30-40g of this Hemp Macau mix
200ml water
With fruit and/or vegetable juices
If you don’t really like the texture of milk or coffee, you can simply mix it with thinner liquids such as water or natural fruit juice.
This natural earthy protein powder blends very well with most fruit and vegetable juices.
With coffee
1) Make your coffee as you regularly do, adding 2 large ice cubes at the end.
2) Add 40gr of this mixture
3) Add your favourite sweetener
4) Mix, and sip!

Oats
Oats already have some protein, add 10-20 grams of this mixture per bowl, to increase the protein and fibre value!
