Returns and Refunds Policy – EU Countries only

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to providing a hassle-free returns and refunds process for our customers in EU countries. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items: We understand that sometimes items can be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective order, please follow these steps:

  • Report the issue to us in less than 24 hours after receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and items.
  • Contact our customer support team at [customer support email/phone number]. Upon verification, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

2. Returns for Non-Damaged Items: If you receive an order that is not damaged but wish to return it for any reason, you may do so within 4 days of receiving the order. Please note:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
  • A re-stocking fee of 5% will be applied before refunding any amount/s for non-damaged items.
  • Returns of non-damaged items must be sent/returned within four (4) days after receiving the product, in its original packing.
  • You must assume responsibility for the costs of such returns, including material costs and arrangement for packing the Returned order.

3. Exclusions: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items returned without prior communication and authorisation from our customer support team.

4. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account statement.
