Ashwagandha tea with milk and cardamom

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 water
  • 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder (5 grams)
  • A pinch of honey (only if you need it to sweeten your drink)

Mix the milk, water and Ashwagandha powder and heat over low heat until lukewarm. Add the cardamom while the mixture is warm and drink it twice a day.
