Feel agitated and lacking the stillness to engage with your day to day tasks? Losing focus and clarity? Scroll below and use our youtube video on your background - the vibrational ring of a bell will engage your mind to focus to the present.

Attention and Technology

Attention in this day and age is the most valued human energy. With increased external technological interference, it has become almost impossible to tune into our routines with consistency in thought and action. Our actions are being patterned by triggered by external influences more frequently than internal. This often causes a sensation of cloudiness, lack of clarity and focus and reduced concentration on a limited set of field/s. And when the technological stimulus is frequent, our minds rarely get the opportunity to internally reflect.

Hopefully this video walks us to a more powerful and internal sense of being.
