Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week. 👫🥥🌎

The past year has been a difficult time for everyone, and it is so important to share your concerns with your family and friends, so you are not struggling alone. 🌼

There are so many things that you can do to keep a good mental health and develop your relationship with your mind. ✨

✅One of the first things you can do is maintain a good physical health. A good physical health is not only great for the body but great for the mind.

✅Your brain needs to be kept active. Play games with family and friends, do crosswords, puzzles, learn a new skill or a new language. Read a book, get creative with art.

✅Make a list of a few things to achieve during your day.

✅Take time to do things you enjoy. Go travelling, eat out in restaurants, do things that make you happy.

✅Try not to think about the bigger picture. Often that makes us feel overwhelmed. Focus on the smaller things. Life is all about perspective; try to look at the glass half full not half empty.

✅Rest is so important. Prioritise a good night’s sleep and a fresh new start the next day. Try meditation practises as well to relieve stress.

Embrace a new relationship with your mind. This is the one and only relationship you will have from the moment you are born, to the moment you depart. Engage in the present. The better the relationship gets with yourself, the better your relationship get with everyone outside of yourself. It is an internal process from inside out.

Esta semana es la Semana de Concienciación sobre la Salud Mental. 👫🥥🌎 El año pasado ha sido un momento difícil para todos, y es muy importante que compartas tus preocupaciones con tu familia y amigos, para que no estés luchando solo. 🌼

Hay muchas cosas que puedes hacer para mantener una buena salud mental y desarrollar tu relación con tu mente. ✨

✅Una de las primeras cosas que puedes hacer es mantener una buena salud física. Una buena salud física no sólo es buena para el cuerpo, sino también para la mente.

✅Tu cerebro necesita mantenerse activo. Juega con tu familia y amigos, haz crucigramas, rompecabezas, aprende una nueva habilidad o un nuevo idioma. Lee un libro, sé creativo con el arte.

✅Haz una lista de algunas cosas que debes realizar durante el día.

✅Dedica tiempo a hacer cosas que te gusten. Viaja, come en restaurantes, haz cosas que te hagan feliz.

✅Intenta no pensar en el panorama general. A menudo eso nos hace sentirnos abrumados. Céntrate en las cosas más pequeñas. La vida es una cuestión de perspectiva; intenta ver el vaso medio lleno, no medio vacío.

✅El descanso es muy importante. Da prioridad a una buena noche de sueño y a un nuevo comienzo al día siguiente. Intenta también practicar la meditación para aliviar el estrés.

Adopta una nueva relación con tu mente. Esta es la única relación que tendrás desde el momento en que naces hasta el momento en que te vas. Comprométete con el presente. Cuanto mejor sea la relación contigo mismo, mejor será tu relación con todos los que están fuera de ti. Es un proceso interno desde dentro hacia fuera.
